Bulletin Request

Would you like to have your upcoming meeting or event announcement published in our weekend bulletin?  We would be happy to help you get it done!  Please use the contact form below to submit your requested  announcement text, along with your Contact Information.

Before you process your request, please be aware of the following Important details:

• ​The Bulletin Deadline to have something published in the upcoming weekend's bulletin is Wednesday, at 12:00 Noon, five days before the  Sunday that the article is to appear.  For example, if you want your article to appear in the Sunday, March 14th bulletin, you would need to submit your information by Wednesday, March 10.
  
• Any requests received after the bulletin deadline will be processed and published in the following weekend's bulletin. 
• If you are submitting an image, to be included in the bulletin, it must be created using Microsoft Publisher and saved as a *.pub file in order to create  the required translation from English to Spanish.
• ​Your bulletin announcement must be submitted 3 weeks prior to the date of the meeting or event.
• We will publish your meeting or event bulletin announcement for 3 consecutive weeks unless noted otherwise by the Pastoral Staff.
