Rev. Dexter Noblefranca

On July 1, 2025, Rev. Dexter Noblefranca arrived at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church as the new Pastor, named by Bishop David Talley.  

Fr. Dexter was born and raised in the Philippines.  He studied Theology at St. Meinrad School of Theology and Seminary and was ordained to the priesthood for the Diocese of Memphis in 2012.

Fr. Dexter served as Associate Pastor for St. Ann Bartlett, St. Louis Catholic Church, and  as Pastor of St. Mary Parish, Savannah, and Our Lady of the Lake in Pickwick.

He comes to us from his previous role as  Pastor of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Memphis.

As of July 1, 2025, we welcome him as Pastor of St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church.  Fr. Dexter is looking forward to serving the people of St. Philip Parish as their Shepherd.  He has been impressed with the parishioners ownership of their parish and being alive with the love of Jesus in their hearts.
