Due to challenges in finding priests to cover the Spanish Mass on Wednesday evenings, we are pausing the Wednesday Spanish Mass until further notice.  We hope to continue them soon.

There will be a Rosary every Wednesday at 4:00 PM for Fr. Martell and the St. Philip the Apostle Church Community.

Daily Mass Schedule
On Monday,  Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 Noon.

On Wednesday, we also will celebrate  Mass in Spanish at 7:00 PM with Prayer Group (also in Spanish) following at 7:30 PM.  There will be prayer, music, and talks every week.

Pray The Rosary
Please make plans to join us in praying the rosary every first Monday of the month.  Our next rosary will be on Monday, October 7, 2024 after the 12:00 PM (noon) Mass.

There will be food and fellowship at our First Monday Brunch after the rosary in Schaubroeck Hall.

Capital Campaign: We Are Getting Closer!
Our Parish Community has come together to support our shared vision and make it a reality.  Your generosity has been overwhelming.

We have made tremendous progress and thank each and every parishioner who has paid their pledge in full, as well as those who have gone above and beyond. 

Thank you to all who have fulfilled their campaign pledges.  If you have not completed your pledge, there is still time!

Although the Campaign officially concluded May 31, 2024,  you may continue to fulfill your pledge.  Also, donations are still being accepted.  Any donations are most sincerely appreciated!

Our outstanding balance remains at $96,510, as of September 30, 2024.

Fall Festival Save the Date!
We are thrilled to announce that the 2024 St. Philip the Apostle Fall Festival will occur on Sunday, October 27, 2024 from 4 PM – 8 PM.  This fun event will have a Chili Contest, a Silent Auction, Games, Hot Dogs and Hamburgers with all the fixings, a Dessert Walk, a Spooky Hayride, Trunk or Treat, a beautiful Fall Photo scene, music, and more!

Construction Begins Soon
We are finally ready to begin the remodel of our Parish.  The date has not been officially set yet.  Father asks that all of us be patient while this process takes place.  If you have any concerns, please contact the office.

40 Days for Life

Ground-Breaking Ceremony
Our construction project is beginning!  It was our pleasure to invite all parishioners to our ground-breaking ceremony on Sunday, September 22, 2024 after the 10:30 AM Mass.

A light brunch and cake was served after the ceremony.

Campaña Capital: ¡Cada vez estamos más cerca!
Nuestra comunidad parroquial se ha unido para apoyar nuestra visión compartida y hacerla realidad.  Su generosidad ha sido abrumadora.

Inscripciónes de PRE 2024 - 2025
¡Han comenzado las inscripciones de PRE!  Las clases se imparten todos los domingos de 9:05 AM - 10:20 AM. 

¡Ya están abiertas las inscripciones PRE para los grados 1 - 8 para el año escolar 2024 - 2025!  Es hora de registrar a tu hijo!

La Diócesis requiere que los estudiantes que se preparan para los sacramentos deben tener dos años consecutivos de formación religiosa antes de recibir el sacramento.  Por lo tanto, los estudiantes en 1er y 7mo grado necesitan estar inscritos en la clase de PRE o Escuela Católica para poder recibir la 1ra Reconciliación y 1ra Comunión en 2do grado y la Confirmación en 8vo grado.

RCIA Is Back!
RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) will start back up again in October, 2024.  The official start date has been established as Wednesday, October 2, 2024.  Click HERE for the full schedule.

2024 - 2025 PRE Registration
PRE registration has begun!  Classes are held every Sunday at 9:05 AM to 10:20 AM.

PRE registrations are now open for Grades 1 - 8 for the 2024 - 2025 school year!  It’s time to register your child.

The Diocese requires that students preparing for sacraments must have two consecutive years of religious formation prior to receiving the sacrament.  Therefore, students in 1st and 7th grades need to be enrolled in PRE class or Catholic School in order to receive 1st Reconciliation and 1st Communion in 2nd grade and Confirmation in 8th grade.

Since 1986 Fayette Cares, a community-supported, non-profit organization located in Fayette County, Tennessee has served the community by empowering those in need with hope, independence and lasting solutions.

Feed the Hungry Ministry
The Feed the Hungry Ministry, in partnership with Fayette Cares, will be held on  WEDNESDAY, October 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30, 2024.

Food is picked up at Trader Joe's, packaged at St. Philips, and taken to several communities around Fayette County.

Fayette Cares Garden of Caring
Recently, a number of our parishioners  joined a team of volunteers to completely reconstruct and rebuild the Fayette Cares Garden of Caring.  Over the years, the garden had fallen into disrepair and was badly in need of some "tender, loving care".
